Progressive Group: Rahm’s A ‘Cancer On The Democratic Party,’ Should ‘Flatly Go Away’

Rahm the hawk, or Rahm the agent of good? Like it or not, any organization (in this case, the White House) needs someone bombastic and aggressive like Rahm to run things. We can only speculate whether Adam Green is right, that if Democrats went all out to pass the public option and break down the big banks they’d be on their way to a big victory in November. While it might not have helped them achieve a landslide, I believe they would be disliked by less people because at least they wouldn’t have caved in to rumors, opposition pressures, and weakness in character.
